In the morning generally bread, butter, honey and milk.
And in the evening "Filet de boeuf sauce au foie gras sur son lit de Cepes" with a little cup of Champagne.

I eat 5 small meals a day, take protein supplements, creatine and many other performance enhancing supplements. Love it.

As if that'd help... If you eat too much, eat often, but healthy food.
Coca Cola Light'd help too, cuz it tasted so bad you lose your thirst

I didi look at getting some creatine but I'm not sure I'm in a regular enough pattern atm. Do you think it makes a difference Phish?

You should be in a regular pattern.. If you aren't it may lose a lot of its 'magic'

The only thing about creatine is, it hasn't been around long enough for any (credible?) studies to be done. Knowing that, I gave it a shot anyways about a year ago. I used it for 6 months maybe and didn't notice too much of a difference. I recall reading it's only effective to 50% (or so, can anyone clarify?) of those who take it.
