|at least three. typically .... cereals or toast for breakfast, jacket potato and tune for dinner, and paste of meat and vegetables for tea.|
In the morning generally bread, butter, honey and milk.
And in the evening "Filet de boeuf sauce au foie gras sur son lit de Cepes" with a little cup of Champagne.

|The only thing about creatine is, it hasn't been around long enough for any (credible?) studies to be done. Knowing that, I gave it a shot anyways about a year ago. I used it for 6 months maybe and didn't notice too much of a difference. I recall reading it's only effective to 50% (or so, can anyone clarify?) of those who take it.|
