Pass the challenge, learn some knowledge, prove your programming prowess and win a prize!

Intercepted messages and terror suspects. The future of the internet rests in your computing abilities...

Complete the geek bonus level titled The One Time Pad within 28 days i.e. by 12PM GMT on the 19th January 2007 and you will be entered into a prize draw.

First prize 'Ultimate Geek' will be awarded for the solution that janus (the challenge author) feels best solves his puzzle. A second prize winner will be selected at random by one of domuk's seahorses.

First Prize - Selected best solution
An item of your choice from Amazon up to the value of $40 (30EU).

Second Prize - Random pick from all winners
A surprise novelty OSIX gift!

SmallPrint
Notification of the winners will be provided via the website within 7 days of the challenge closing date. After the closing date, the challenge will remain as a bonus round on the site.

Entrants will only be included in the prize draw if they have submitted their solution to the site.

Whilst I cant imagine that people would create multiple user accounts to enter the competition more than once, we will be logging statistics of anyone completing the challenge.

Winners of Amazon items will be required to provide a postal address where the item will be delivered to. (A payment for the same amount from paypal may be used as an alternative prize).

soon to drop off the frontpage and winners still not announced. For the record, I already knew long ago I won. Your definition for "7 days" seems to be more like "12 months". Rant rant rant.
