Halftoning an image using Photoshop

Very simple tutorial to show you how to make a funky effect using a few tools.

To begin, open any picture that you want to apply this affect to.. 1) Duplicate the layer [layer > duplicate layer] in the menu 2) Desaturate the image [Ctrl+Shift+U] 3) Alter the contrast [Image > Adjustments > Brightness/Contrast] you want it so that the greyscale image has contrasting shades so that the final image will stand out. 4) Halftone it [Image > Adjustments > Threshold] choose a level you think is good. 5) Done! [Ctrl+U] and click the colorise button to alter the colour. or [Select > Color Range] and choose a colour to remove or replace.
